How ALFA Finder News sources, verifies and publishes exchange filings — including exactly where automation is used and where humans review.
This page describes how ALFA Finder News finds, verifies, writes and publishes its reporting. It is written to be checkable: everything below is either visible on our article pages or verifiable against the exchange filings we link.
We report material disclosures filed by NSE- and BSE-listed companies. In practice that means order wins, fund raises, capacity expansions, regulatory approvals, product launches, the start of commercial production, corporate actions and quarterly results.
We do not cover rumour, unattributed "sources say" reporting, broker notes, or social-media speculation. If a company has not filed it, we do not report it.
Every article originates from a single primary document: the announcement the company itself filed with the exchange. That document is linked on the article, under Source, so any reader can check our reporting against the original.
ALFA Finder News is an automation-assisted newsroom. We consider it dishonest to hide that, so here is precisely what our software does:
We publish under a desk byline rather than under individual reporters' names because that is an accurate description of how these stories are produced. We would rather be accurate about it than attach a person's name to a process they did not personally perform.
Reference financial data and any proprietary scoring appear below the reporting, under a clearly marked analysis section. Nothing in that section is a recommendation. Where we show a comparison — for example a company's price-to-earnings ratio against its sector's — we show both numbers and let readers draw their own conclusion. We do not label a security as cheap, expensive, undervalued or overvalued.
ALFA Finder News is published by the company that operates the ALFA Finder alerting product, and articles carry promotions for it. Those promotions are always visibly distinct from the reporting.
We do not accept payment to publish a story, to omit a story, or to change the wording of one. No company, promoter, broker or investor relations firm can buy coverage here. If we ever publish sponsored or paid-for content it will be labelled as such, unambiguously, at the top of the item. See also Ownership & Funding.
Coverage decisions are made by the materiality rules described above, applied uniformly. A company's commercial relationship with ALFA Finder Private Limited — as a subscriber or otherwise — plays no part in whether it is covered.
We publish corrections rather than quietly editing. When an article is changed after publication it carries a visible Updated timestamp alongside the original publication time. Our full Corrections Policy explains how to report an error and what happens next.
ALFA Finder News is not registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst or Investment Adviser. Nothing published here is investment advice or a recommendation to transact in any security. Readers should make their own decisions or consult a SEBI-registered adviser.
