ALFA Finder News is published by ALFA Finder Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India. The publication is not a separate legal entity; it is the editorial arm of that company.
ALFA Finder Private Limited is privately held by its founders. It is not owned or controlled by any listed company, broker, exchange, asset manager, political organisation or media group, and no company we cover holds any stake in it.
Our revenue comes from subscriptions to the ALFA Finder real-time market alerting product at alfafinder.com. Readers pay for speed of alerting; the newsroom is funded out of that.
We do not take funding from the companies we report on. We do not run paid press releases, paid "featured company" placements, or promoter-funded coverage.
Our commercial interest is in being fast and being right — those are the two things subscribers pay for. It is not in any particular company's share price going up or down, and we hold no position in the securities we write about.
Because the publisher also sells a product, our articles carry promotions for that product. Those are always visibly separated from the reporting, and no promotion ever determines whether or how a company is covered. See our Editorial Policy, section 6.
