Order Scope and Project Details
Enviro Infra Engineers Limited has announced that its step-down subsidiary, Suyog Urja Limited, received a significant turnkey EPC contract valued at ₹189.99 crore. The order, dated September 7, 2026, focuses on the development of a 180 MW NTPC Wind Power Project situated in Parli, Maharashtra. The comprehensive scope includes Wind Turbine Generator foundation works, supply of reinforcement steel, and geotechnical services.
Furthermore, the subsidiary will manage Balance of Plant activities, involving the development of a 39-acre secure storage yard, road infrastructure, and the construction and commissioning of 33kV transmission lines. The project is expected to be completed by March 31, 2027.
Strategic Client and Subsidiary Role
- The contract was awarded by Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited, a leading developer in India's clean energy landscape.
- Suyog Urja Limited, the executing entity, was acquired by Enviro Infra in early 2026 to lead its wind energy division.
- The subsidiary operates an asset-light model and has a track record of completing over 500 MW of wind projects.
- Securing a project from a Tier-1 utility provider validates the subsidiary's technical competency in specialized wind EPC.
- This domestic order strengthens the company's relationship with major renewable energy aggregators like Tata Power.
Business Diversification and Impact
This project win accelerates Enviro Infra's strategic pivot from its traditional focus on water and wastewater infrastructure into the integrated renewable energy space. While the company remains a dominant player in government-funded sewage and water treatment projects, its recent entry into wind, solar, and battery energy storage systems has significantly diversified its revenue streams. The consolidated order book now reflects a robust pipeline exceeding ₹4,600 crore, providing strong execution visibility for the coming fiscal years.
This diversification is intended to mitigate sector-specific risks while capitalizing on the national push toward green energy infrastructure.
Financial Performance and Context
Financially, Enviro Infra Engineers has demonstrated strong growth, with its latest quarterly revenue increasing by 49.09% year-on-year. The company currently maintains a market capitalization of ₹3,454.43 crore and trades at a TTM P/E ratio of 18.84, which is lower than the sector average of 25.53. With a promoter holding of 70.19%, the management has previously guided toward a revenue target of ₹2,000 crore for FY27.
The addition of this ₹189.99 crore contract further bolsters the company's ability to achieve its mid-term growth objectives while maintaining its focus on high-margin infrastructure segments.
